UltimatePoker.com has launched as the first legal real-money gambling site in the U.S. in two years, according to The Verge.
The site is only open to residents of Nevada, as the state passed a bill two months ago allowing citizens to play across borders.
UltimatePoker.com is owned by brothers Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, who have a history in the casino industry and also own majority shares in Ultimate Fighting Championship, The Verge notes.
