Identify theft protection service LifeLock has acquired Lemon, a mobile wallet platform, for $42 million, TechCrunch reported on December 12.
Additionally, LifeLock has launched its own mobile wallet, LifeLock Wallet, which is based on the Lemon design. The company will integrate its personal identification safeguards into the mobile wallet.
“We saw an opportunity to combine an innovative mobile platform – a digital wallet – with access to leading identity theft protection features.
