Ruston Miles directs Bluefin Payment Systems’ Tulsa, OK, division and founded Bluefin Payment Systems in Tulsa in 2002. He has over 12 years of experience in payment processing, specializing in developing secure payment gateway technologies. As Bluefin’s Technology Evangelist, Ruston speaks at conferences around the country promoting the state-of-the-art in payment security and processing. Ruston consults with major universities, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies on how to leverage payment technologies and PCI security throughout their organizations to increase value, reduce costs, and better protect their customer and donor data.

Ruston is a Certified Payment Professional (CPP), Certified Internet Business Strategist (CIBS), and an active participant with the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC). He holds a BS in Management Information Systems (MIS).

John Perry leads all aspects of Bluefin Payment Systems’ strategic planning, including spearheading key alliances and acquisitions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, spanning P&L, business development and sales in large, small and mid-size companies in the US and internationally. John has the innate ability to deliver strategic initiatives to drive profitability, market performance, quality and service, and to grow companies’ revenue in a profitable and sustainable manner across multiple and complex product and solution platforms. He is noted for creating a clear company vision and recruiting exceptional teams to exceed launch and service targets, execute process re-design initiatives, and generate profitable new products.

John’s past experience includes Chairman and CEO of Spectrum, an independent electronic bill-payments company; President and COO of NOVA Information Systems, a US Bancorp company; and executive positions with First Data, Visa USA and Wells Fargo Bank. He also spent nine years in the Army early in his career. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive Masters in Management (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
