Coronavirus Refunds: Aerosmith Ticket Holders Offered Carry Over, Reimbursement Options

Aerosmith Ticket Holders Offered Refund Option

As the pandemic continues to disrupt everyday life the world over, many consumers are seeking refunds on things they have already paid for but may not be able to use. Credits or refunds are now being offered to those who have purchased concert tickets.

Aerosmith has delayed a show in Boston that was originally scheduled for this fall. Tickets already purchased can be used for the rescheduled date next year, ABC News Radio reported. Ticket holders can alternatively seek reimbursement if they can’t attend the concert on the new date.

The band wrote on Twitter, “Our 50th Anniversary Fenway show is being rescheduled to 14th September 2021. All tickets will be honored for the new date so hold onto yours! Or if you are unable to make it, you’ll be able to request a refund. Ticket holders will be emailed with all details.”

The Massachusetts show, which had been set to occur on Sept. 18, would have been the band’s first U.S. concert this year besides its residency in Nevada.
