Germany: Morrison & Foerster, Hogan Lovells join forces in Berlin

    The team, currently made up of nine partners, is promoting the new office as an addition to the firm’s leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications experience.

    Recently, MoFo worked on SoftBank’s buyout of Sprint.

    The firm’s chair, Larren Nashelsky, described Hogan Lovells’ German team as “the perfect fit” to start the new office.

    The Germany office will be MoFo’s third in Europe, in addition to London and Brussels.
