
Sidley Austin LLP has added Vadim Brusser as a Partner in its growing Antitrust practice in Washington, D.C. Vadim specializes in merger clearance work for private equity clients and corporate clients. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in federal antitrust enforcement to the role.
Vadim has worked at the Federal Trade Commission as a lawyer examining mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and business practices for violations of federal antitrust regulations and litigating enforcement actions. He was instrumental in the approval of high-profile transactions.
