McDermott Will & Emery has announced that Eliot (“Eli”) Burriss has joined the Firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the Litigation Practice.
Mr. Burriss was the managing partner in the Dallas office of one of the largest global AmLaw 100 law firms. Mr. Burriss has represented clients throughout a number of government investigations and a variety of antitrust matters. He also has experience representing health care and pharmaceutical companies in complex litigation.
“Eli represents the opportunity to expand our regional capabilities by establishing a commercial litigation presence, with significant health care and antitrust expertise, in Dallas,” said David Guedry, partner-in-charge of McDermott’s Dallas office. “He represents the next generation of talent that we are continuing to recruit as we expand our local offerings as an integral part of McDermott’s global platform.”
