Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati announced that Wendy Huang Waszmer has joined the firm’s antitrust practice as a partner in the New York office. Waszmer was previously a litigation partner in the New York office of King & Spalding.
“Wendy is a talented senior litigator and trial lawyer who will bring valuable experience to the firm’s internationally recognized antitrust practice,” said Doug Clark, managing partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. “From her significant responsibilities as both a federal prosecutor and regulatory official to her solid record in private practice, the firm’s clients will certainly benefit from her impressive ability to lead teams on the most critical antitrust and complex litigation matters.”
Waszmer’s practice focuses on the representation of clients across a wide range of industries in cartel and other antitrust matters, government investigations, and complex civil litigation. Her clients include companies and individuals facing investigations by the US Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and other federal and state agencies.
