Interchange Laws Obeyed, Fed States After Court Ruling

The Federal Reserve has appealed a U.S. district court decision which would loosen debit interchange regulations, according to Credit Union Times.

U.S. District Judge Richard Leon issued a harsh rebuke of the Fed rules in July. The Times reported that credit unions, trade organizations and other stakeholders in the debit interchange industry are supportive of the Fed appeal.
