JPMorgan Hunts For Innovation Guru

JPMorgan Chase has begun searching for an innovation lead for its Digital Customer Experience (DCE) unit, as shown by a December 19 job posting on Indeed.com.

This innovation leader will help develop and execute plans for the bank’s long-term digital strategy. Additionally, the Chase Edge group within DCE will fall under the leadership of the new innovation lead.

“In addition we are seeking a candidate who is well connected, to the institutions, startups and large companies that collectively represent the context for next generation experience innovation,” the ad read. “The candidate needs to have impeccable interpersonal and people management skills, a proven drive for success and a deep professionalism in their work. Also required is a proven track record as a successful ‘influencer.’”
