Samsung Wallet Quietly Unveiled To Korean Samsung Users

After introducing the product this past February, Samsung has quietly launched it’s Samsung Wallet platform, making the service available to Korean consumers yesterday.

“Samsung plans to add a few features we’ve seen in Passbook that will make tickets, membership cards and coupons accessible all in one place,” Engadget wrote in its report.

Samsung’s Wallet is now available to Koreans who own the Galaxy S4, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy S II HD LTE, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note II. Further, the media outlet suggests that it has reports that the app is running in the United States in open beta, though the availability of the app has yet to be confirmed.
