Social Sharing Rises On Twitter, Pinterest, Falls On Facebook

More people shared content on Pinterest and Twitter in the third quarter of 2013 compared to the previous quarter, Gigya reported on December 9.

The data from Gigya, which offers connected consumer management solutions, showed that social sharing on Twitter rose 6 percent from last quarter, whereas Pinterest’s share of activity climbed 4 percent.

Facebook, which accounted for 50 percent of all social sharing activity in the second quarter, fell to 41 percent.
