US-based online payments company Stripe announced it is expanding its partnership with Bigcommerce to help retailers in the UK with online payments acceptance, reported Yahoo Finance. The extension means that Stripe’s Connect solution will allow UK-based business owners who use Bigcommerce to conduct online payments within a matter of minutes.
“Our focus is to help growing businesses expand their sales online and Stripe makes it dead simple for them to accept card payments,” said Mitchell Harper, co-founder and co-CEO at Bigcommerce. “Combined with our simple onboarding wizard to get your store up and running, Stripe now makes it possible for new Bigcommerce merchants in the UK to get a beautiful online store live and transacting in under 30 minutes.”
