According to The Telegraph, various energy and telecom companies in Britain are charging millions of their customers who request paper bills. A campaign group fighting the fees said the customers are being charged by mobile phone operators almost £2 each month for paper bills, and energy firms offered exclusive discounts for customers who signed up for online-only tariffs.
