Mobile marketing company Mogreet, a California-based company that delivers campaigns through mediums such as video, picture messaging and text, has been purchased by payment platform payvia as part of a deal with undisclosed terms.
“Our clients have told us they also need a simpler way to link targeted mobile transactions to their marketing campaigns,” Darcy Wedd, payvia’s CEO, said in a statement. “By integrating Mogreet’s solutions on our platform, we answer that need.”
A press release from the company indicates Mogreet’s full team, including CEO James Citron, will be joining payvia. Citron will serve as that company’s chief marketing officer.
