Anand advises and represents foreign, multinational and Malaysian enterprises on competition law and anti-trust matters across a variety of industries, including consumer goods and services generally, financial services, general merchandising and retail, logistics, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, telecommunications and multimedia, fast moving consumer goods, direct selling, manufacturing and distribution, construction and others. Anand carries out competition audits, reviewing vertical and horizontal commercial arrangements to ensure compliance with the Malaysian Competition Act 2012 and so forth.
