Ashley Fischer is a member of the Health Industry Advisory Group. Ashley represents healthcare organizations such as health systems, hospitals, physician groups, provider contracting networks, and other healthcare providers on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters. She also serves as outside general counsel for these organizations on general provider representation issues. Her transactional practice includes mergers, acquisitions and affiliations, divestitures and hospital/physician joint ventures, and physician alignment strategies. Ashley's regulatory practice focuses on health antitrust matters for these health care providers, including the antitrust implications of affiliations and joint ventures, and the development and operation of clinically-integrated managed care contracting networks and accountable care organizations, as well as legal assessments and compliance programs.
