Bing Chen is a Professor and Post-Doctoral Co-supervisor of Nankai University School of Law. He is the director of the Competition Law Research Center of Nankai University, and also the director of the Justice and Society Research Center and the Economic Law Department of School of Law. Professor Chen is currently the member of the Economic Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, China Business Law Research Society, China Association For Fiscal And Tax Law. He is also the Young Talent of the China Society of Law Research, the Vice President of the Fiscal Law Research Society of the Tianjin Law Society, and an expert in communication review/outcome appraisal of NSFC projects.
