Chris Pike

Chris Pike is a Partner and Managing Director (Head of Digital Markets) at Fideres, an economics firm that focuses on antitrust litigation exclusively from the complainant-side. He is also an associate at the Centre for Competition Policy at the University of East Anglia. He previously led Working Party 2 of the OECD Competition Committee, which focuses on Competition and Regulation. There he led the development and agreement of a new OECD Recommendation on Competitive Neutrality, and advised competition agencies and governments around the world as well as the ICN, the World Bank, the UN, and the World Economic Forum. He has authored numerous papers for OECD Roundtables on a variety of competition enforcement and policy topics. In particular, he led the OECD’s economic thinking on digital and multi-sided markets, the inclusivity of markets, antitrust in labour markets, abuse of dominance, industrial policy and competitive neutrality, the design of publicly-funded markets, open banking, blockchain technology, and the design of procurement and concessions.
