Chris Riley is R Street’s senior fellow of Internet Governance. Prior to joining R Street, Chris led global public policy work for the Mozilla Corporation, managing their work on the ground in Washington, D.C., Brussels, Delhi, and Nairobi from Mozilla’s San Francisco office. Chris received his Ph.D. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University and his JD from Yale Law School.
