Danny is Counsel in the Litigation, Arbitration and Employment practice of the Hong Kong office. Danny specializes in commercial litigation, financial services and regulatory work, including shareholders’ disputes, banking disputes, regulatory compliance and investigations, directors’ liability, employment, contentious insolvency, product liability, judicial review and disciplinary proceedings. Danny is also a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer. Education: MEng, University of Oxford CPE., University of Hong Kong P C LL, University of Hong Kong.
