David Fruitman is Regional Competition Counsel and a Senior Advisor at DFDL based primarily in Phnom Penh. Prior to joining DFDL, he was a partner in the competition group of Davies, Ward, Phillips & Vineberg; LLP and an associate in the competition group of Blakes, LLP, both in Toronto. David has a J.D. from University of Toronto Law School.
