David Fila is an antitrust, competition and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels. David advises multinational and German clients on all aspects of European and German competition law. He has particular experience in cartel investigations, European and German merger control as well as private enforcement of competition law. David also advises and assists clients in foreign investment control procedures before the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Prior to joining the firm, David gained experience at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition (ECN and Private Enforcement Unit), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (Competition and Consumer Policy Unit) as well as different international and German law firms in competition law.
