Debbie has extensive experience advising clients on competition/antitrust and foreign investment review issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions. She also provides competition law compliance advice in respect of criminal cartel matters and reviewable practices, including marketing, advertising and distribution issues. Debbie has represented clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, manufacturing and entertainment.
