Ding Wenlian
Mr Wenlian Ding, J.D., is currently a Partner at King & Wood Mallesons. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Chief Judge of First Division of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Mr Ding has long been committed to hear civil, commercial and intellectual property trial cases, and his many cases including “Johnson & Johnson RPM case ”, “JIDIAO software copyright case” and “JUQUAN IC layout design case” have been issued in the “Supreme People’s Court Official Journal” as modal cases. He was awarded the “National trail expert” by the Supreme People’s Court in 2013, hired as a researcher at the “SPC IP Judicial Protection Research Center” in 2015, and named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Jurists in Shanghai” by the Law Society of Shanghai in 2016.
