Dirk Elvermann, Member of the Board of Wintershall Holding GmbH until April 2019, with responsibility for Finance, Sales and Distribution in Kassel, will take over as President of the Finance Division. As BASF has already announced, his predecessor Marc Ehrhardt (50) will assume responsibility for the establishment of the new division Global Business Services, effective September 1st, 2019, and subsequently its leadership.
