Geronimo L Sy is Assistant Secretary at the Philippine Department of Justice (DOJ).Mr Sy heads the DOJ-Office for Competition. He also served as the 2014 chair of the ASEAN Experts Group on Competition (AEGC) and as the 2015 convenor of the APEC Competition Policy and Law Group (APEC-CPLG).Mr Sy is a juris doctor graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University. He earned his MA in public management from the University of the Philippines (UP) and is currently pursuing his doctorate in public administration from the National College of Public Administration and Governance.
