Greg has been with Microsoft since 2003 where he is a legal specialist with emphasis on application of antitrust and competition laws relating to single firm conduct, the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property, two-sided markets and network industries, including airlines (10 years in-house at American Airlines), and software (Microsoft). Substantial experience leading regualtory teams in mergers and acquistions in the US, Canada, and Europe. Substantial commercial litigation experience, including first chair trial experience.
