Jennifer Dixton
Jennifer Dixton has practiced antitrust law for over twenty years as a government lawyer. During her long career in government service, Ms. Dixton has worked on a variety of civil and criminal antitrust investigations and policy and appellate matters. Ms. Dixton currently focuses on the intersection of antitrust law and intellectual property rights, standards development, artificial intelligence and other technology, as well as antitrust compliance. Ms. Dixton joined the Division in 2004, where she also has worked as a Trial Attorney and Attorney Advisor on a variety of civil and criminal antitrust investigations and policy and appellate matters. Ms. Dixton currently focuses on matters involving the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property rights, as well as antitrust compliance. Ms. Dixton was awarded the Assistant Attorney General’s Award of Distinction in 2012 and the Internal Revenue Service Excellence Award in 2014 for her work on the municipal bond investigation.
