John is Senior Litigator and Partner with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Toronto, Ontario. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto. He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories in 1974, the Law Society of New Brunswick in 1993, and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society in 1998. John engages in a broad spectrum of practice including matters related to Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, International Dispute Resolution, Securities Litigation, and Antitrust/Competition & Marketing.
