Ms. Li joined Han Kun Law Offices in January 2005, prior to which she practiced law for many years both in China and the United States with other prestigious Chinese and international law firms. Ms. Li has provided comprehensive legal services to numerous foreign investors, includingFortune500 multinationals and mid-sized private businesses. In mergers and acquisitions, She has represented U.S., EU, and Hong Kong-listed companies and offshore private enterprises in domestic acquisitions, providing a full range of legal services throughout. In private equity and venture capital financing, Ms. Li has successfully represented internationally renowned private equity and venture capital funds in completing a variety of complex onshore-offshore structured transactions. She has also actively represented many Chinese companies in their equity financings, offshore listings, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Li has accumulated a wealth of Chinese legal practice experience through her handling of complicated cross-border and onshore transactions. Ms. Li currently serves as the firm's Co-CEO and focuses on the overall management and operation of the firm.
