Prior to joining Lincoln Network, Luke was Federal Affair Manager at FreedomWorks where he primarily concentrated on blockchain, internet governance, and regulatory issues. He holds a BA in Government and Data Science from the College of William and Mary and currently lives in Washington D.C.
