Marcus Bezzi is the Chief Advisor to the Competition Taskforce at the Commonwealth Treasury, which was established to conduct a competition review. Previously, at the ACCC, he was Executive General Manager of the Specialist Advice and Services Division and Legal Service. In addition to the legal service, he had oversight of the Economics and International Branch and the Data and Intelligence Branch. Those Branches provide expert Economic, Data Analysis, Litigation Technology and Intelligence services. He oversaw the ACCC’s International engagement it’s international capacity building work and it partnerships with competition and consumer agencies in the Pacific, South East Asia and globally.
