Matthew Jones
Matt Jones represents corporations and individuals in high-stakes government enforcement actions, internal investigations, congressional investigations and complex litigation. He is an experienced advocate and counselor who helps clients navigate the most difficult legal and reputational challenges. In recent years, Mr. Jones has represented individuals and corporations in criminal prosecutions and investigations by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) involving allegations of foreign and domestic bribery, economic sanctions violations, money laundering, insider trading, conflicts of interest and cyberfrauds. He has also represented clients before the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of Veterans' Affairs, state attorneys general, and various congressional committees. During that time, he has also litigated civil and matters in federal and state courts.
