Dr. Davis is an expert on competition damages actions, mergers and acquisitions, cartels, and market investigations. He is a former Deputy Chairman of the UK Competition Commission (CC), now a part of the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). Dr. Davis has provided written or oral testimony in matters before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court of England and Wales, the Directorate-General for Competition, the CMA, the CC, the Office of Fair Trading, the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Competition Commission of South Africa.
