Prior to founding Andrews Law, Philip led one of Ireland’s Tier 1 EU, Competition, Regulatory and Trade law practices.
Philip previously served as Legal Adviser to the CCPC, formerly the Competition Authority, and assisted in drafting Ireland’s principal competition law, the Competition Act 2002.
In the earlier part of his career, he practiced as an associate in U.S. law firm, Weil Gotshal, and was a Blue Book trainee in DG Comp.
