She is an antitrust lawyer currently focusing on consulting, compliance, monitoring, opinions, representing individuals, and assisting with corporate representations. In her over 35 years of antitrust practice she has handled matters involving all aspects of competition law, including criminal defense, treble damage litigation, compliance advice, and merger and other civil investigations, and has co-chaired the Global Competition Practice group of a major international law firm.
