Stephen is a competition lawyer with extensive experience of a wide range of competition law matters including cartel investigations and leniency applications, merger clearances, abuse of dominance investigations, client counselling, and litigation. Stephen has worked in a variety of industrial sectors with extensive experience relating to technology markets, including in many of the recent contentious merger, abuse of dominance and litigation matters in online markets, fixed and mobile telecommunications, and payment systems. He has worked on cases before the EU Commission as well as courts and regulators in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
