Tanya Macrae
Tanya Macrae is a London-based associate in Allen & Overy’s global antitrust practice. She advises on all aspects of antitrust law, with a focus on merger control and behavioural matters. Tanya has advised clients in multiple merger investigations before the European Commission, UK and other authorities worldwide and regularly advises on antitrust implications of complex multi-jurisdictional vertical and horizontal agreements. Education: BCL from the University of Oxford (Merton College) First Class Honours LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Glasgow.
