Toshiyuki Nambu
Toshiyuki Nambu joined Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba as an advisor in December 2019. Before joining Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba, Mr. Nambu had worked for the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) more than 35years. During his career at the JFTC, Mr. Nambu held various positions relating to enforcement of the Antimonopoly Act including Senior Investigator (1996-97), Director of Surcharge Affairs Office, Director General of Criminal Investigation Department (2011) and Director General of Investigation Bureau (2018-19). Mr. Nambu also oversaw the work on the bilateral and multilateral international-related affairs of the JFTC including the ICN and the OECD as Director of International Affairs Division (2004-07) and Deputy Secretary General for International Affairs (2011-16).
