Mr. Wu Zhenguo, a doctor of laws, is the Director General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) of China. He has worked in both the Ministry of Textile Industry and the State Economic and Trade Commission. After joining the MOFCOM, Mr. Wu has served as the director and the Deputy Director General of the Department of Treaty and Law; the Deputy Director General of the Anti-monopoly Bureau; the Director General of the Anti-monopoly Bureau and the Director of the General Office Anti-monopoly Commission of the State Council.
