Antimonopoly Committee approves Orsha plant acquisition by Motor Sich

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved Motor Sich’s acquisition of shares in Orsha Aircraft Overhaul Plant. Motor Sich owns Motor Sich Airlines; the company plans to repair and build Mi-8 helipcopters at Orsha.
