Antimonopoly Committee reduces fines for fuel companies

Antimonopoly Committee has reduced fines imposed on Continent Nafto Trade, Alliance Holding, and Okko Naftoprodukt in light of the stabilized gasoline and diesel fuel markets. The fines resulted from a case on fuel price increases in December 2010 and January 2011.

    The revised fine amounts have not yet been announced, but the original prices from March 22, 2011 amounted to UAH 93 million for Continent Nafto, UAH 25 million for Alliance Holding, and UAH 32 million for Okko Naftoprodukt.
