    US Senator and Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley and Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont brought a bipartisan bill to the floor that would enact protections for whistleblowers reporting antitrust activity. Called the Criminal Antitrust Anti-Retaliation Act, the bill would forbid companies to “discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass…a whistleblower in the terms and conditions of employment” for helping instigate Antitrust review of the company.
