The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court has dismissed Auchan and Atac’s appeals to reverse the FAS’ decision and order regarding their bread-baking plants. Auchan is an international retail group; Atac is an Auchan subsidiary that owns supermarket chains.
In 2010, the FAS had found that Auchan and Atac had created discriminatory conditions through contracts with the plants, and that the contracts between the plants and chain stores did not comply with trade law.
