Arcor and Bagley have announced they will expand their participation in the Mastellone dairy company, pushing to acquire the right to buy up to 49% of the company.
In a note, investors anticipated that they will jointly acquire a total of 29.3 million shares, with a price of US$12.7 million. The operation would need the endorsement of the Administrative Council of Economic Defense of Brazil (CADE).
The companies also reached an agreement to increase the right to purchase, until reaching 49% of the shares of the company until 2020.
