BRG Expands European Competition Practice with New London Appointment

BRG has announced the appointment of Felix Hammeke as a director in its Antitrust & Competition practice in London, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to expanding its European competition offering. The firm said in a statement that Hammeke brings experience in litigation and advisory work on competition matters across multiple jurisdictions.

    According to the statement, Hammeke has served as an expert in Germany and has played roles in cases before the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. He has advised clients in the United Kingdom and the European Union on merger reviews and competition investigations, with experience in industries including payment cards, big tech, and automotive parts. Hammeke also co-founded the Junior Competition Network, where he helped promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing among emerging professionals in the field.

    At BRG, Hammeke will work with experts such as David Parker, Greg Harman, and Mark Bosley to assist clients on competition cases across Europe. His appointment follows the addition of Dr. Frédéric Palomino to BRG’s Paris office, part of the firm’s broader strategy to grow its presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
