Canada: Competition Bureau Issues Abuse of Dominance Guidelines

The updated guidelines are now available on the Bureau’s website. These final guidelines provide a concise overview of the Bureau’s enforcement approach to the abuse of dominance provisions of the Competition Act. They replace previous guidelines and bulletins dealing with these provisions.
