CCI asks Haryana Urban Development Authority for details on Tulip White

    The Competition Commission of India has asked the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) for documents related to a builder’s project in Gurgaon. A complaint alleges that the builder, Tulip White, sold the project to another builder without first obtaining CCI approval. The CCI is asking for documents on HUDA’s permission, clearances, and NOC granted to Tulip White.
