The Competition Commission of India has approved the merger of Mahindra Satyam, Venturbay Consultants, C&S Systems, Mahindra Logisoft and CanvasM into Tech Mahindra. The companies provide IT services. The CCI found that the merger is “not likely to have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India,” and that the combined market shares of the companies is insignificant.
